The sixth of the 8 half-day workshops for Intermediate Level II and Experienced Dancers  is to take place on Saturday, March 23, respectively in the morning and in the afternoon,  in Paris 12.

Mini-stages Intermédiaires II samedi matin : le mini-stage du matin pour les Intermédiaires II se tiendra à l’Ecole Elémentaire – 5 rue Gerty Archimède – 75012 Paris 12ème  de 10h30 à 13h les 29 septembre – 20 octobre – 24 novembre – 15 décembre – 26 janvier – 23 février – 23 mars et 20 avril. L’inscription préalable se fait au 01 45 70 83 94.  Au programme :  ces 8 rendez-vous ont pour but de consolider les réflexes concernant des figures de base et d’autres figures plus ambitieuses constitutives des danses à figures anglaises en s’appuyant sur certaines danses proposées aux bals des 11 novembre, 7 avril et 26 mai (bal en costume) : Reel of Ballymore – Gathering Peascods – The Night Watch -The Princess / Indian Princess – Top and Bottom – Phyl’s Fancy – Bonny Kate/ Honeywell circle – Mad Robin –  Draper’s Maggot – Dear Papa and Dear Mama – Lord of Carnavon’s Jig – Pat’s Tradition –  Quite carried away  – Portsmouth  / Dull sir John – The SpringMini-stages Confirmés samedi après-midi : le mini-stage de l’après-midi pour les Confirmés se tiendra à l’Ecole Elémentaire – 5 rue Gerty Archimède – 75012 Paris 12ème  de 14h30 à 17h. L’inscription préalable se fait au 01 45 70 83 94. Au programme : étude des danses inscrites au programme du bal en costume du 26 mai 2013. 29 septembre : Althea 2013 part I – Lady Banbury’s Hornpipe part I – Wives Victory / 20 octobre : Althea 2013 part II – Lady B’s Hornpipe Part II – Wives Victory / 24 novembre : Althea 2013 Part III – Lady B’s Hornpipe Part III -The Spring / 15 décembre :  Althea et Lady’s Hornpipe  en entier – A Maggot for Mr Purcell et révision des longways des stages précédents / 26 janvier : The Merry Milkmaids 2013 – Dr Faustus’s Jigg  / 23 février : The Merry Milkmaids 2013 – Shropshire Round – Dr Faustus’s Jigg /  23 mars : Dull Sir John – The Merry Milkmaids – Shropshire Round  / 20 avril : Dr Faustu’s Jigg- Shropshire Round – a Maggot for Mr Purcell – Lady Banbury’s Hornpipe – Althea 2013 / 25 mai : La journée sera entièrement consacrée aux révisions avant le bal en costume pour les Confirmés uniquement. Le matin sera dévolu aux danses en set et l’après-midi aux longways. Un filage de toutes les danses terminera la journée.

Saturday Afternoon Workshops for Experienced dancers:  the afternoon workshop for experienced dancers will be held in the elementary school at 5 rue Gerty Archimède, Paris 12, from 14:30 to 17:00. To register, please call 01 45 70 83 94.  Programme: learn and practice dances for the Costume Ball of May 26, 2013.  September 29: Althea 2013 part I – Lady Banbury’s Hornpipe part I – Wives Victory / October 20: Althea 2013 part II – Lady B’s Hornpipe Part II – Wives Victory / November 24: Althea 2013 Part III – Lady B’s Hornpipe Part III -The Spring / December 15:  Althea and Lady’s Hornpipe (all 3 parts) – A Maggot for Mr Purcell and the previous longways / January 26: The Merry Milkmaids 2013 – Dr Faustus’s Jigg  / February 23: The Merry Milkmaids 2013 – Shropshire Round – Dr Faustus’s Jigg /  March 23: Dull Sir John – The Merry Milkmaids – Shropshire Round  / April 20: Dr Faustus’s Jigg- Shropshire Round – A Maggot for Mr Purcell – Lady Banbury’s Hornpipe – Althea 2013 / May 25: Experienced dancers only. We’ll go over the programme for the Costume Ball: set dances in the morning, longways in the afternoon. In the end we’ll go over the whole programme in the right order.
